Ce second ouvrage de la collection qui réunit l’artiste JR et les villes met New York à l’honneur.

Depuis 2006 les collages de JR marquent la vie de New York et plusieurs de ses plus importants projets ont été mis en place dans cette ville cosmopolite : Unframed à Ellis Island, en collaboration avec Robert de Niro (2014), The Chronicles of New York City en face du pont de Brooklyn (2024), ou encore les immenses collages collaboratifs, comme celui de Times square ou celui de Flatiron plaza.

Un texte introductif réalisé par la directrice éditoriale du New Yorker, Françoise Mouly, propose un nouveau regard sur cette œuvre.
