Ils se prénomment Rylee, Donovan, Gracie, Catalyan, Lily, Michael… ils ont entre 3 et 17 ans et vivent au Texas, dans l’Idaho, en Louisiane, dans l’État de New York… Ces enfants et adolescents ont posé devant l’appareil du photographe Laurent Elie Badessi arme à la main et ont tous répondu clairement à cette question toute simple : « Qu’est-ce qui te plaît dans les armes à feu ? »

Si l’objectif de ce travail photographique consiste à explorer l’attraction évidente que représentent les armes pour une grande partie d’américains, ce livre nous invite aussi à regarder en face cette réalité sociale, politique et morale.
