"Cet album est né comme un continuum sonore durable. Il a ensuite été découpé, cousu et remonté pour donner forme et rétablir l’unité à partir des fragments, afin d’avoir un album qui montre sa complétude à mi-chemin entre les titres et les compositions elles-mêmes. Contrairement à ce qu’il peut sembler, il ne naît pas d’un concept et ne veut pas l’être. Les titres ont été choisis de manière poétique, presque naïve, les sons de ces créatures m’ont fait croire qu’elles pouvaient être divisées en différentes phases distinctes de la journée. Ce que je veux communiquer avec les titres est juste ce qui m’est venu à l’esprit dans un moment de réflexion, une chose très simple, que parfois le temps passe trop vite, et les moments que nous passons avec nos proches pourraient toujours être mieux, cela aurait pu être une belle matinée, après-midi, soir ou nuit. -Aiko Takahashi ; IIKKI 021."
